Single Barrel

When thinking steak and whiskey, it’s hard to not think of the Single Barrel. They’re a steak joint named after a whiskey process. I don’t know if I need to say anything else. Need more? The whiskey they specialize in is Bourbon and the Bourbon selection is excellent. The Bourbon review named them one of the best in the midwest. Single Barrel’s tomahawk ribeye for two (three?) is one of the best and most memorable steak experiences I’ve ever had in Lincoln or anywhere. Their other steaks are good too, including some USDA Prime and dry aged options and the rest of the menu is no slouch either. Since moving locations into the graduate hotel, I haven’t been quite as impressed as the old location. But even still, if you came to Lincoln looking for Bourbon and Beef, what else do you really need?

Breakfast

With the new location in the Graduate hotel, comes a welcome addition: Breakfast. It is probably one of the better breakfast options in the Haymarket area.
