Shokunin sushi & ramen

Shokunin occupies the former Bread and Cup space. I have many happy food memories in that space, so they have a good start there. There are other Sushi restaurants in town, other Ramen restaurants in town and other Japanese restaurants in town. But Shokunin is just different enough from all of them to stand out. It is upscale enough to qualify for a “nice” dinner out, but casual enough to be viable for lunch. If they only served the Spicy Seafood Ramen, I think that would be enough for me because it keeps me coming back. But that shouldn’t take away from the rest of the menu because it is creative, different and fantastic.
