Press Box Sports Bar & Grill

I would classify the Press Box as a hidden gem. When driving by, or even looking inside, there is no indication that it’s anything different from your typical sports bar. I guess, in many ways it is your typical sports bar, which isn’t a bad thing. But where the hidden gem comes in is two-fold. First, the food is really good: in a way that is just different enough from typical bar food to be unique and also good enough to make it a lot better than typical bar food. The second is the service. I have found that a restaurant that has the same servers every time you go in usually has the best service. That’s probably a duh, but whatever the Press Box is doing to keep their servers around translates to a great experience for you. When I walk in the door and the server asks from across the room if I want exactly what I was craving, then has my order in before I sit down, either I come in too much or they are really good at what they do (maybe both).
