Dish has been the highlight eating out in Lincoln for me. I continue to be impressed with the creativity and quality of food & their James Beard nomination backs that feeling up for me. One evening on a date with my wife, sitting outside, everything came together in such a perfect way we that we were openly questioning if it was the best we had anywhere. Having time bring us back to reality a bit, we can say that the “this is the best ever!!!” label is a very, very hard one to get. Even still, this sort of night leaves quite the impact. At the moment, Dish is my favorite restaurant in Lincoln and my #1 recommendation of where you should eat.

Favorite dish I’m a sucker for could soup and nobody does it better than Dish. Besides that, Dish is a place that regularly changes their menu, and I’ve never had anything that hasn’t made me say “wow,” including drinks and desert.
